To activate your Sky Stream, locate the 6-digit Sky verification code displayed on your TV screen during setup. Visit sky.com/activate, log into your My Sky account, and enter the code. Ensure you’re using the correct email. If the code doesn’t appear, restart the puck or contact Sky support.

Steps to find out your sky verification code

1. Plug in your Sky Stream puck and connect to TV/Wi-Fi.
2. Note the 6-digit Sky verification code on your TV screen.
3. Go to sky.com/activate on a device.
4. Log into your My Sky account.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. If no code appears, unplug puck, wait, and retry.
